Garden Heights opened the first day of spring in 1996. Louis D'Agrosa, owner of Garden Heights and a native of University City, had a vision of a retail nursery that would become a reality. With help of family, friends, loyal customers and a dedicated staff, Garden Heights has grown to become a leading nursery in St. Louis.
As those who garden in St. Louis know, our climate is less than predictable. Garden Heights selects plants with this in mind and offers as well, unique plants for the seasoned gardener. Because we are located in an established metropolitan area we have chosen to sell "smaller growing" ornamental trees and shrubs and to carry a larger than average selection of shade plants. Our products are selected for quality and value.
Garden Height's staff is comprised of seasoned gardeners and degreed horticulturalists, dedicated to making our customers more successful gardeners.

Construction can be a challenging and somewhat frustrating process. Unexpected weather delays, etc... Our conservatory was no exception! It has been an interesting process with the end results being no less than incredible! The slide show documents the entire process.
