Knock Out

|
'Knock Out' is a popular, award-winning shrub which was recently awarded the AARS Members' Choice Award. It is proving to be one of the great All-American rose varieties and continues to attract new rose enthusiasts.
The Knock Out Rose makes a beautiful accent plant in a garden or it can be used in a mass planting. This rose also makes a good addition to mixed borders or even English rose gardens. 'Knock Out' bears deep cherry red blossoms and is showcased by mossy-green foliage.
Knock Out offers the best disease resistance and provides a continuous show of color spring until late fall. It’s a maintenance-free flowering shrub that thrives in all climates. The blooms give off a light tea rose fragrance. The medium rounded, bushy plant grows 3 feet by 3 feet. Clusters of three to 15 flowers bloom alongside glossy foliage.
The Knock Out Rose is hybridized from a combination of eight roses including Carefree Beauty and Razzle Dazzle.
Blushing Knock Out is a pink version of the popular Knockout rose. Just like its parent, this shrub never stops performing, blooming profusely throughout the growing season into late fall. The light pink blooms change nicely into a shell pink, as the bloom ages. It thrives in humid climates where most other roses need spray and maintenance. Blushing Knockout is beautiful and easy-to-grow rose.
This is tidy and truly blackspot-resistant, maturing to a well-behaved 3' x 3' winter-hardy shrub. It never needs dead-heading and the blooms keep coming and coming. Orange-red hips follow the blooms. The mossy green foliage, as well as the blooms, are so tough they actually resist Japanese beetles. Foliage turns burgundy in autumn. Dependable, forgiving and drought tolerant. Blushing Knockout requires only 3-4 hours of sun. As carefree as any flowering shrub in your garden.
We also carry David Austin Roses developed by crossing disease resistant, reblooming modern roses with fragrant old fashioned shrub roses to get the best traits of both.
