House Vinaigrette Dressing –Yours!

cup herbed vinegar
3/4
cup olive oil

tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/4
cup chopped herb of choice
1
teaspoon sugar
1
vanilla
1
clove either garlic or one shallot, finely chopped

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Beat well with a whisk, or put all ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid and shake well. Store in the refrigerator and bring to room temperature before you toss the salad.
