House Vinaigrette Dressing –Yours!

cup herbed vinegar |
3/4 |
cup olive oil |

tablespoon Dijon mustard |
1/4 |
cup chopped herb of choice |
1 |
teaspoon sugar |
1 |
vanilla |
1 |
clove either garlic or one shallot, finely chopped |
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Beat well with a whisk, or put all ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid and shake well. Store in the refrigerator and bring to room temperature before you toss the salad.
