The Garden Heights team is saddened by the loss of one of its founding members. Bob Sweney was instrumental in starting Garden Heights Nursery in 1996. Partnered with Louis D’Agrosa (current owner and step son) they had a vision of developing a nursery that would provide plants, gardening supplies and sound horticultural advice.
Bob’s successful career as a banking lawyer, and a business degree from Harvard, played a crucial role in the nurseries inception and lasting success. His jovial, spirited presence will be missed.
