Your satisfaction is important to us or your money will be refunded in accordance with the terms of this policy.
Garden Heights Nursery accepts returns for products with a receipt within 30 days of purchase. Our normal procedure is to reimburse approved returns to the original form of payment. In the event you used multiple forms of payment, your refund may be issued across all payment methods used. Items that are damaged, or do not have a receipt may be denied a refund or exchange. Garden Heights Nursery does not provide a warranty on live plant materials: annuals, perennials, herbs, bulbs, seeds, or tropical plants.
We require receipts for all returns. If you do not have your receipt, we will attempt to look up the receipt for your purchase in store. Do not bring any plant material back to Garden Heights. Please refer to our Tree & Shrub Warranty for the specific return policy for trees and shrubs. Garden Heights Nursery does not accept returns on annuals, perennials, herbs, bulbs, seeds, or tropical plants. The store cashier can look up receipts for purchases made with the following methods of payment: Visa®, Mastercard®, American Express®, Discover®, or Garden Heights Gift Cards / eGift Cards

If your original receipt is not available, the refund may be applied to a gift card. Garden Heights reserves the right to limit or refuse any refund when the receipt is not available.
We will reimburse you for returned items in the same way you paid for them, with the exception of Personal Checks. Please call the store for details on returns for items purchased with a personal check.
Garden Heights Gift Cards and eGift Cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash or to credit cards.
You can return a gift using the gift receipt and receive a refund in the form of a gift card.
